song of the day: usher - love in this club part 2

YAY THE HOLIDAYS ARE HERE ONCE AGAIN!!!!
yeah right.
seriously, there wasnt ANY ANTICIPATION for the holidays for we know the holiday which we once thought was actually 5 months ago during the dec holidays.
its OVER! really.
this BREAK is suppose to be a study break for us so...
STUDY GROUPS PLEASE! :D :D

and today mr ng did something really sweet to the class.
he only spent about 20mins going through physics before showing us a motivational video by steve jobs.
the speech itself was really nice and it made me realise that really, things that happen now may seem bad at the moment but it may be a blessing in disguise!
which is true cause i've experienced it a few times, one of it being the fact that i retained two years back.
come to think of it now, things have become so much better after retaining.
new friends, better teachers, better cca etc. :)
after the video, mr ng talked to us bout how much he love our class that he wouldnt want to scold us anymore.
cause almost all our teachers scolded us, he just want to let our ears relax for a while.
so he began talking bout some of the things that actually made him think of what he's doing at the moment and whether he would have any regrets about them.
he began everything by saying "you may be a failure in obtaining good results but you are definitely not a failure in life"
awwwww, sounds really touching eh.
and all that automatically sets me thinking for my next semester.

apart from college day, i think the greatest takeaway from the celebration was a speech by an ex-student.
well, she gave such an inspiring speech that i sort of EMO-ed for a while.
i really hope to see myself standing in front of a crowd giving a speech about my life and how i overcome difficulties into the position im standing then.
really.

after the two major natural disasters that happened, they made me realise one again that life is not just about doing what you should be doing.
life is also about family, friends and living it to the fullest.
i love you all :)
